Fellner Construction's leadership holds an NVQ Level 6 Diploma in Construction Contracting Operations Management, with extensive experience spanning site supervision, site management, and project management for established firms across the sector.

Those years on the ground, beginning as a carpenter and working through every level of the industry, have given Fellner Construction a deep understanding of what makes a construction project succeed or fail. From intricate renovations to large-scale refurbishments, that experience has fostered a keen eye for detail and a genuine appreciation for the care and precision that discerning clients expect.

The name behind the name

Inspired by
timeless architecture

"The name Fellner Construction carries deliberate significance — inspired by Fellner & Helmer, architects whose masterpieces embody timeless elegance and ambitious design."

Fellner & Helmer were celebrated late 19th and early 20th century Austrian architects whose theatres, opera houses, and civic buildings built across the cities of Central and Eastern Europe, which remain landmarks of European architecture to this day.

Their work was defined by a marriage of technical ambition and aesthetic refinement, by a belief that quality and beauty are not competing values but complementary ones. It is precisely this philosophy, that a building can be structurally exemplary and visually extraordinary at the same time, that underpins everything Fellner Construction does.

Their standards of quality and vision continue to guide the company today.

Ferdinand Fellner and Hermann Helmer designed over 48 theatres and opera houses across Central and Eastern Europe: from Vienna to Prague, Budapest to Odessa.
